Collected Information
The information we collect from you is needed in order to improve our service to you and offer you an efficient and customized experience. The only info we collect is the one needed for order processing. Any information we collect is used to improve our site content and navigation, to customize site content and layout and provide required service. Information is also used to contact consumers for marketing purposes (directly or through third-party service partners), to notify users about site updates or to complete user initiated transactions.

This information is requested at registration, product or service ordering, correspondence, surveys, contests or sweepstakes participation. We use this information to fill your service and product. We may compile and analyze this information on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website that you just came from, which URL you next go to, your Internet Protocol ("IP") address or what browser you are using.

Information Sharing
As stated above, we use the information collected from you to process orders, to inform you about your order status or of products or special offers that may interest you, and for statistical purposes for site improvement. Your Personally Identifiable Information will be disclosed by us to third parties to fill your order, charge your credit card (or process your check or money order), deliver your order and deliver promotional emails to you from us.
Your contact information may be shared on a limited basis with trustworthy third parties, so that they can promote their products and services. From time to time, we may market on our site some services from third parties. In such cases, your personal information is disclosed to third parties only if you accept an offer from a third party. This information may include name, credit/debit card number.

Personal Information is also shared with plant distributors in order to fulfill your orders. We may be contacted by plant recipients to ask us who the sender was. In such cases, we will provide any information that is contained on the message accompanying the plants. If there is no such message, we may ask the sender via email, and if we receive approval from the sender to disclose their name, only then will we inform the recipient. If we do not receive any reply or message from the sender or if the sender denies permission, we will not disclose any information.

Requests from Law Enforcement
We may be required to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities by law enforcement or judicial authorities. In such cases we will disclose Personally Identifiable Information to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation or upon receipt of a court order or subpoena. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who might use our services for illegal activities.
